With the help of many moms and grandmothers, the second-graders at St. Helen School experienced the joy of bread baking as they prepare to receive Jesus, the Bread of Life. Each student created a delicious loaf of bread to share with his or her family to celebrate First Communion on May 5. With the second-graders are Principal Margaret Hartman SND, second-grade teacher Hope Bartholomew and Fr. Jay McPhillips.
