Future engineers Aiden Kilmer and Liam Grzywinski hone their skills in science class at St. Helen School. Eighth-graders were challenged to design and test prototype boats that could safely hold the maximum amount of people. Using creativity, tin foil boats and penny people, these future engineers created some unique designs to achieve their goals.
St. Helen kindergartners (l to r) Jackson Formanski and Luke Shively celebrated Johnny Appleseed’s birthday by learning how to wash, peel and smash their way to some homemade applesauce. They ended the celebration by enjoying their delicious creations.
