S’more Fun with Moms

St. Mary School PTU activity chairperson Amanda Schwartz helped pull together mothers and sons from the school for a special night out at the Holden Arboretum.

The night began with pond dipping and frog catching in the area ponds. From there the group was treated to a hike led by Arboretum staff.

Kindergarten student Tim Robertson said, “My favorite part was the zip line on the trail, and I fell in the pond twice.”

The evening ended around the fire roasting marshmallows and making s’mores.

Parent Kara Passow said, “The evening was so amazing and it was fun to have time with just our sons.”
