8th-Graders Visit Area Businesses
Students from West Geauga Middle School spent a day visiting Geauga County businesses. The trip was organized by Geauga Growth Partnership.
Principal Jim Kish said, “The eighth-graders were given the opportunity to travel to Best Sand and Gravel on a field trip in conjunction with the Geauga Growth Partnership. Students also traveled to University Hospital Systems and to Saint-Gobain Crystals.”
The trip allowed students to see how their classroom learning translates into real world business situations.
