LGRC Accepting Walk-In Intakes

Effective May 8, Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers announces a return to walk-in intakes which were temporarily suspended at all outpatient offices in Chardon, Mentor and Painesville.

We’ve made some adjustments to minimize the number of people in one area and allow for proper social distancing.

All clients are required to wear a mask, scarf or some face covering at all times while in the outpatient offices. Clients will not be permitted to have children, family or significant others accompany them to their intake.

Call 440-255-0678 to schedule a Chardon walk-in intake appointment.

LGRC continues to encourage virtual visits, when appropriate, to minimize the need for in-person visits. All appointments with the nurse practitioner for medication assisted treatment will continue as scheduled at the Mentor outpatient office, as well as those for new clients.

LGRC is open and accepting new admissions to all of our outpatient and residential treatment services and recovery homes. The men’s and women’s residential treatment programs and recovery houses continue to operate as usual and are accepting new admissions.
