Join for an informational session with Dr. Goutham Rao, director of Fitter Me, to learn about University Hospitals’ flagship medical weight loss program aimed to help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy weight. The highly individualized approach to weight loss is a community-based program that relies on peer support. The program is free.
Bloodmobile
For a limited time, the American Red Cross is testing all blood, platelet and plasma donations for COVID-19 antibodies, providing donors insight into whether they have been exposed to this coronavirus. There continues to be an urgent need for blood donations as hospitals resume surgeries and treatments that require blood products.
Donation appointments can be made by downloading the free Blood Donor App, visitingRedCrossBlood.org, calling 1-800-733-2767. Those who donate through June 30 will receive a $5 Amazon gift card.
