The American Red Cross encourages people of all blood types to schedule an appointment to give blood or platelets ahead of summer to ensure a strong local blood supply.
Those who come to give by May 31 will receive an oversized Red Cross beach towel, while supplies last. All who come to give June 1-28 will receive a $15 e-gift card to a merchant of their choice.
Donation appointments may be made by downloading the free Red Cross Blood Donor app, visiting RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-733-2767.

Help for Mental Illness
NAMI Geauga offers mental health support groups and classes for families and persons affected by mental illness. There is no charge to participants. All offerings are 100% peer led and meet in person or on Zoom.
