Munson Elementary School recently held its annual “Night at the Museum” event.
Prior to the evening, students conducted research on a well-known figure. Then, with family and friends in attendance, they put their research into action, bringing their characters to life.
Builders Club Serves Community
The Chardon Middle School Builders Club wrapped up a busy school year with a series of community service projects.
In April, members concluded their annual paper towel drive with a visit to Rescue Village, delivering more than 150 rolls and touring the facility to learn about the organization’s operations.
Also in April, members assembled grocery bags for End 68 Hours of Hunger, an organization that provides weekend food bags for local schoolchildren in need.
To close out the year, students assembled 30 cosmetic bags for the Chardon High School Care Closet. Each bag included hair ties, scrunchies, a hairbrush, bobby pins and a bottle of hairspray.
