AC4P Summit
On Nov. 6, students from Berkshire, Chardon, Orange, Newbury, Streetsboro, Willoughby-South and Cuyahoga Heights high schools met at Chardon High School with Virginia Tech AC4P coaches to learn about the Actively Caring for People movement. AC4P was initiated at Virginia Tech as a way to “pay it forward.” Treating other people with respect and dignity is the hallmark of AC4P.
More than 100 students attended the summit. Students from Berkshire, Chardon and Orange presented their AC4P activities and successes that they have worked on over the past three years. Everyone participated in breakout sessions.
