Geauga Dairymen

On Aug. 9 at 11 a.m., the Geauga Dairymen 4-H Club held their 4-H meeting. Old business that was discussed was the dairy basket for the auction and what members could put in it, and club T- shirts.
New business that was discussed was the changes made to the Geauga County Fair and Junior Fair, barn setup, and king and queen nominations. Club members wrote out their buyer letters. Members also finished tie blankets to be donated to Geauga County veterans.
A demonstration was done by Owen; he showed everyone the importance of a first-aid kit. Recreation was done by Jimmy.

Geauga Dairymen’s next meeting was scheduled for Aug. 30 at 10 a.m. for barn setup. (Submitted by Emma Hofstetter)
