Guided Meditation in the Garden

Mary Ann Sedivy teaches the Gaelic “Cara” yoga principle. Cost is $5 per class, payable to the instructor. Bring a mat.
Ruthless Showdown: Kennedy vs. Hoffa

Part of the Ohio Chautauqua festival, Jeremy Meier will give a lecture about Robert Francis “Bobby” Kennedy, who was an American politician and lawyer who served as a U.S. Senator from New York from January 1965 until his assassination in June 1968.
The Youngstown Tune-Up

Continue the journey into Robert Kennedy’s life with Kent State professor Molly Sergi, as she discusses Kennedy’s time as U. S. Attorney General and dealing with organized crime.
International Make Music Day
June 21, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Participate in the worldwide celebration held every year on the summer solstice. Geauga Sweet Strings will be playing in the reading garden along with a host of other musicians. Bring an instrument to play or sing along. Kids will enjoy hands on instructions on instrument making at 2:30 p.m.
