Geauga County parents and guardians will have the opportunity to talk with several local preschools at GCPL's Preschool Expos.

GCPL Preschool Expos

Jan. 17 and 24, 6-8 p.m.

Geauga County parents and guardians will have the opportunity to talk with several local preschools at GCPL’s Preschool Expos.

Preschool representatives will be on hand to answer questions and provide information on their school’s offerings. Participants will have a change to sign up for a raffle. The event is for parents/guardians only.

Bainbridge/Geauga West Preschool Expo is Jan. 17, from 6-8 p.m., at Geauga West Branch. The Chardon/Middlefield Preschool Expo
is Jan. 24, 6-8 p.m., at the Administrative Center Branch,

Geauga County Early Intervention/Help Me Grow presents a fun-filled morning of art and sensory exploration for infants and toddlers up to 3 years old with a caregiver.

Residents can learn about and discuss state legislative issues. No registration is required.

Teen Gaming Group

Teens in grades 6-12 may play the library’s Nintendo Switch and old-school board and card games. Snacks provided. No registration is required.

Still Life Art: Celebration
Jan. 14, 6-7:30 p.m.
Practice drawing techniques. Learn about shapes, composition and shading. Charcoal and paper provided, but feel free to bring own supplies. All skill levels welcome.

Distinguished Deities

Youth in grades 3-5 will discover myths and legends of gods and goddesses from around the world.
