As the COVID-19 pandemic wears on, blood donation remains essential to ensure the health of the community. The American Red Cross is urging healthy individuals, especially those with type O blood, to donate now.

Donation appointments may be made by downloading the free Blood Donor App, visiting RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-733-2767.
