Ravenwood Health, as an essential service, remains open and available to help community members with mental health and addiction concerns. This stressful time can bring about new anxiety and depression concerns or exacerbate existing ones. Ravenwood Health has developed virtual sessions over the telephone and internet.

Services include:

  • Telephone support and crisis intervention through its COPELINE at 440-285-5665any time, day or night.
  • Crisis services from therapists are always available by contacting them through the COPELINE or calling 440-285-3568 during business hours.
  • New clients are welcome, during this difficult time. Virtual intakes are available and encouraged for everyone’s safety.
  • For current clients, both individual and group sessions are available virtually and allow them to receive services while in their homes.
  • Medication management is often critical to an individual’s ongoing stability. Ravenwood is using mail/delivery options for its clients.

Ravenwood Health is providing outreach and support to many of its clients who are socially isolated. Case managers have joined forces to deliver food, medicine, hygiene items, transit passes and other essentials to clients and their families. Therapeutic entertainment resources are also provided in these care packages, dropped off at doorsteps after a reassuring phone call.

Collaborating with local partner agencies, Ravenwood Health has delivered necessities to well over 100 homes, providing a sense of structure, safety and confidence that we are all in this together.
