Junior-Senior Prom
Newbury High School held its annual junior-senior prom on May 1 at Tangelwood Country Club in Chagrin Falls. The theme was “Le Jardin D’Amour,” or the Garden of Love.
Students enjoyed a wonderful meal before dancing the evening away to today’s current chart toppers, as well as some prom favorites from the past. There was also the announcement of the prom king and queen: Ben Ella and Keona Marker.
When prom ended, the fun continued with after-prom held at the high school gymnasium, with the theme “A Knight Around the World.” It was a great time with games, food and prizes.
Students raced through he bouncy house, sumo wrestled in huge sumo suits and played putt-putt golf. There were many other fun games as well.
