Palm Sunday at Chardon UMC
Chardon United Methodist Church’s Cantoria Choir will perform “In My Place: a cantata remembering Christ’s Sacrifice of Love” on Palm Sunday, April 13 during the 8:45 sanctuary service. The music of the cantata is a blend of new melodies and creative hymn settings, while the narrative shares the observations of five witnesses of Christ’s final hours. The public is welcome.
Then, Pastor Paul Hagan will deliver a message on the sacrifice of Jesus made for us during the S.T.R.U.C.K. contemporary service at 10 a.m. This worship also features the music of Reign Forecast band. Palm branches will be available for all worshippers.

Michael Card Performs
Singer, songwriter and author Michael Card will be performing at 6:30 p.m. April 11 at Parkside Church on Pettibone Road in Chagrin Falls. Tickets are $40 each and include dinner.

Holy Week At Federated Church
The Federated Church of Chagrin Falls, 76 Bell St., has scheduled its Holy Week services. All are welcome.
Palm Sunday, April 13, 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Both services will include music from The Ensemble, Chamber Singers, The Olson Bell Choir and soloists.
Maundy Thursday, April 17, 8 p.m. Tenebrae candlelight service. Childcare is available for infants through kindergarten. Special pre-service music begins at 7:30 p.m.
Good Friday, April 18: The church will host an American Red Cross blood drive from 1:30-6:30 p.m. All donors will receive coupon for a free Bruegger’s Bagel.
Easter Egg Hunt, April 19 at the Family Life Center, 16349 Chillicothe Road, Bainbridge. The morning begins at 10 to 11 a.m. with a free brunch and Easter box service project with egg coloring. Pastor Susi Kawolics will share the Easter story at 10:30 a.m.
Children will be divided into three age groups for the egg hunt: Toddlers to age 3, ages 47, and ages 811. Eggs will be hidden empty and treat bags given out after the egg hunt. Baskets will be provided or bring your own.

Easter Sunday, April 20: Sunrise service at 6:30 a.m. at the Family Life Center in Bainbridge. Enjoy a missions breakfast provided by GROUP, the senior high youth group. Freewill offerings will be accepted.
Worship services in Chagrin Falls will be at 9 a.m. with the ensemble choir and 11 a.m. with the chancel choir. A professional brass quintet will perform at both services.
