Elderlife Senior Luncheon
The Federated Church Elderlife group will hold its monthly luncheon at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 21 at The Family Life Center, 16349 Chillicothe Road in Bainbridge. Consentinos will cater a beef stew lunch.
Cost is $10 and reservations must be received by Nov. 15 by calling the church at 440-247-6490. Payment can be made at the door with a reservation.
Following lunch, guests will be entertained by Mnage a Trio, a jazz trio specializing in the jazz standards written by Gershwin, Kern, Berlin and Cole Porter.
Wondrous Wednesdays
Federated Church, 76 Bell St. in Chagrin Falls, invites the community to enjoy a free meal and faith program on Nov. 13 as part of Wondrous Wednesdays – Nourishing the Body and the Spirit. Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. in Fellowship Hall followed by a program at 6:45 p.m. featuring Helyne Walker, Strategies for Life director at the Chagrin Falls Park Community Center.
The meal is free, but guests are encouraged to bring canned goods, paper products or a cash donation for the Chagrin Falls Park Community Center.
