All Saints Sunday Celebration

On Nov. 2, Pastor Daniel Drew will lead the Chardon United Methodist Church in a celebration of All Saints Sunday to remember church members and immediate family members of the congregation who have died in the past year.

During the 8:45 a.m. Foundation service, the bonds of love will be recalled and strengthened as loved ones’ names are read and a candle is lit in their memory. The names of loved ones will scroll on the video screen and be remembered in prayer during the STRUCK service at 10 a.m.

Pastor Returns To Preach

The Rev. Marvin Brown, pastor of Chardon United Methodist Church from 1994 to 2001, will return to its pulpit on Nov. 16. He along with his wife Sandy retired to the Chardon area and they have been attending worship here since June.

All are welcome to come hear the Rev. Marvin Brown’s message at either the 8:45 a.m. Foundation service or the 10 a.m. STRUCK contemporary service.

The church is located at 515 North St. in Chardon.
