- Free Lunch/Cooking Demo: March 11, noon. Presented by Heather Hill Communities, Chef Drago will feed the group first, and then provide recipe cards to make the items on the menu. A registered dietician will give a presentation on healthy eating and guidelines. Call the center by March 9 to register.

- Social Work Appointments: March 3, 12-2 p.m. Call for an appointment or drop in.
- Brain Health Workshop: March 11, noon. A speaker from Arden Courts will conduct the workshop, which will focus on brain health in relation to staying active, eating well, sleeping well and exercising the brain. A lunch of pizza and salad will be served. The program is free, but a donation for lunch is appreciated. Call the to reservation a spot by March 9.
