• Free Blood Pressure Screenings: Mondays, 10:30-11:30 a.m. Provided by Geauga Health Department.
• Lake County Captains Game and Picnic: July 31. Bus leaves at 9:45 a.m. Game starts at 11 a.m. for those meeting the group at Classic Park. Call center for more information.
• Grandparents Day: Aug. 3, 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring the grandchildren for a fun-filled day of entertainment and picnic lunch. Cost is $10 per senior and $8 per grandchild. Children under 2 are free. Questions? Call 440-279-2126.

• Chair Exercises: Monday through Friday, 9:15-10 a.m. Class combines stretching, cardio and resistance bands.
• Grains and Breakfast: Aug. 1,10:30 a.m. Learn which grains are best, with samples, too. Call to RSVP.

• Geauga Mobile Library Stop: Aug. 1, 1-2 p.m.
• Senior Trip: Aug. 1.Trip to The Perambulator Museum and lunch at Peublo Real in Jefferson. Depart West Geauga Senior Center at 9:30 a.m. and return at 2:30 p.m. Call the center for cost.
• Theater Traveling: Aug. 3, 12:30 p.m. Join in a free educational series of travel videos on Europe, projected onto a large wall style screen. The first series will be traveling to Austria and The Alps. Popcorn and refreshments will be served.

• Origami Class: Wednesdays, 12:30 p.m. Fee is $1.50 per class. Call to preregister.
• Walking Group Challenge: Tuesdays, 10-11 a.m. and Thursdays, 1-2 p.m. Join the indoor walkers group to sign up for the challenge. Prizes will be given periodically and for goals met. Call for information.
• Social Work Appointments: Aug. 7, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Call to schedule.
