- Blood Pressure Screenings: Mondays from 10-11 a.m. Free screenings provided by Geauga Health Department.
- Balance Exercise Classes: Tuesdays, beginning in January, 2:15-3 p.m. Class will focus on exercises to help build endurance, strength and flexibility to help prevent falls from happening. Exercises will be both seated and standing throughout the class.
Middlefield Senior Center, 15820 Ridgewood Drive, Middlefield, 440-632-0611.
- Chair Exercises: Monday through Friday, 9:15-10 a.m. Class combines stretching, cardio and resistance bands.
- Middlefield Nutrition: Jan. 9, 10:30 a.m. Learn about this new business in Middlefield that specializes in healthy alternatives to nutrition. Samples will be provided.
West Geauga Senior Center,12650 West Geauga Plaza, Unit 4, Chester Township, 440-729-2782.
- Travel the World Series: Jan. 4, 12:30-2 p.m. Travel to Germany video style projected onto the center’s big screen. Call to RSVP. Popcorn and refreshments are provided.

- Mondays, meet at the Chagrin Falls Park Community Center, 7060 Woodland Ave., Bainbridge Township.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Meet at the Burns-Lindow Building, 8465 Bainbridge Road, Bainbridge Township.
- Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Meet at the Bainbridge Town Hall, 17826 Chillicothe Road.
- Fridays, 1-2:30 p.m. Activities will be out and about in the mornings, and end up at the Bainbridge Library, 17222 Snyder Road, in the afternoon.

The Bainbridge/Chagrin AARP Chapter 4527 will meet at the Bainbridge Town Hall, 17826 Chillicothe Road, Bainbridge Twp.,
The program will feature motivational speaker Tom Strong on balance and falling.
If the Kenston school system is closed due to weather, AARP will also close. Check local television stations for school closings.
The group is still collecting food for the Food For Friends food pantry, and dog food, treats and blankets for the Geauga Dog Shelter. Monetary donations are also appreciated.
