The issue involves property at 10719 Bartholomew Road owned by Scott and Rachel MacWhinnie. Trustee Riley Davis said the parcel contains a house and a second 40-by-32-foot building that appears vacant but contains living quarters. Zoning Inspector Frank Kitko said township regulations prohibit two dwellings on one property and if questions arise regarding the status of a second structure, he inspects the building.
