Bainbridge Township Trustees agreed May 26 to amend a 2021 consent judgment entry with local developer Otero Homes. The township and Otero reached an agreement in fall 2021, allowing development of the Signature Square shopping and office complex, according to previous reporting. The parcel, adjacent to Dunkin Donuts at 16820 Chillicothe Road, will become the headquarters for Otero Homes, attorney Jaredd Flynn said.
