APPEAL FOR VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that the Burton Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application for an appeal for a variance to the Burton Township Zoning Resolution on the 27th day of September, 2022 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. at the Burton Township Administration Building, 14821 Rapids Road, Burton, Ohio 44021.
This application #1565-22, submitted by Judy Gais on behalf of Jeananne Adamic requests an area variance for a front yard setback of sixty five (65) feet in order to utilize the existing barn foundation. The requirement for a front yard setback is one hundred and twenty (120) feet. She seeks relief from Article IV, Section 402.7, Paragraph A, Subsection 1, of the Burton Township Zoning Resolution as amended August 14, 2019. She asks that this be granted for the lot located at: 15522 Old Rider Road in Burton Township Ohio, Parcel #04-000200.
