Cardinal High School senior Alex M. recently completed 100 miles in the Marji Gesick Race, an endurance bike race held in Michigan the weekend of Sept. 15. Alex has tried the course in the past and was unable to finish, however, this year he not only finished the race, but completed a goal he had set for himself. He completed the race in 21 hours and was one of only four participants under 18 to finish.
