PEAK Ambassadors Named
The mission of the Kenston Local School District is for each student to achieve individual academic excellence and to maximize personal growth in a community which demonstrates and develops mutual respect, responsibility and life-long learning. In accordance with the district mission, six essential elements have been identified that encompass its continuous efforts to maintain a safe environment where students, staff and members of the public behave in a manner toward themselves and others that instills a harmonious existence within the school environment and at all school related events.
Student PEAK (Peaceful Environment at Kenston) Ambassadors are chosen each year to represent their school and to promote a healthy climate within the schools. Kenston is very proud of the contributions these students make to the PEAK program.
This year’s new district wide inductees are: Hannah Andrews, Mariam Arshad, Brooke Bower, Eleana DeWitt, Morgan DiRocco, Abby Felton, Ryan Flynn, Claire Garceau, Grace Gettig, Lynae Hairston, Angela Judge, Rachel Judge, Nicholas Lai, Anna Marthe, Rourke McGrath, Aedan McIvor, Kyle McMahan, Carmella Nilsson, Kylee Pierson, Morgan Polcar, Elena Seman, Calvin Stefancin, Sammie Sunderhaft, Payton Timmons, Will Turner, Giuliana Walters, Andrew Wright and Lily Zydyk.
Bomber Football Fan Appreciation
Join to recognize seniors in football, cheer, marching band and the Bomberette dance team on Oct. 27 at 6:30 p.m. before the Kenston Bombers take on Willoughby South.
It is also fan appreciation night. Enjoy hot chocolate and donuts after the game sponsored by Kenston Athletic Boosters.
