Center Stage Presents Suite Surrender

The next Kenston Center Stage production is “Suite Surrender.”

The show is hilarious fun. It’s 1942, and two of Hollywood’s biggest divas have descended upon the luxurious Palm Beach Royale Hotel – assistants, luggage and a legendary feud with one another in tow. Everything seems to be in order for their wartime performance … that is, until they are somehow assigned to the same suite. Mistaken identities, overblown egos, double entendres and a lap dog named Mr. Boodles round out the hilarious riot of a love note to the classic farces of the ‘30s and ‘40s.

Showtimes at the KHS Robert A. Lee Auditorium are Nov. 9 and 10 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. Note: In the event, the football team receives a playoff bid for Friday evening, Friday’s performance will run at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10.

Nov. 6 Election Location

For the November 2018 election, Bainbridge Township voters in precincts C, E and H will cast their ballot at Gardiner Center, not Kenston High School as was the location in years past.
