Newbury Local Schools participated in a food drive for the Thanksgiving season. After a week of collecting items, the district was proud to donate 723 pounds of food to the Bainbridge Food for Friends food pantry. Go Black Knights!
PBIS Awards
Newbury Elementary School was one of 12 schools in the state to receive a gold medal for its work with Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS). The middle school received a bronze medal for its first year of participation. Representatives from the school went to Columbus to accept the awards for their accomplishments.
