Students Perform in OCDA Honor Choir
Seven Newbury choir students in grades four through six were selected to take part in the 2017 Ohio Choral Director’s Association Children’s Honor Choir at Otterbein University June 19-21.
They stayed on campus for a full three days of rehearsal with Dr. Ann Usher of Akron University and Cleveland Orchestra Children’s Chorus. They then performed a final concert in Cowan Hall on June 21 with over 100 other top grade four through nine choir students from all over Ohio.
