On April 16, three Newbury Middle School choir students Greg Bullis, Elsa Morton and Anita Sarkisian traveled to South Euclid Memorial Junior High School to perform vocal solos at the OMEA District VII Solo and Ensemble.
District VII Solo and Ensemble is an opportunity for Cleveland area students to perform a classical piece from memory in front of a panel of judges for a rating and critique.
Greg and Anita both received a rating of “Excellent” for their performances. Elsa received a rating of “Superior” for her vocal performance.
