Student Council Talent Show
NDES has talent. On May 26, NDES Student Council held its annual talent show. More than 25 students from grades kindergarten through eight participated in various acts consisting of singing, dancing and playing instruments.
Funds Raised to Fight Cancer
NDES Student Council collaborated with the Samuel Szabo Foundation to raise money to fight childhood cancer. During the week of May 20, student council sold cookies, T-shirts and hosted a $1 dress down. All proceeds were donated to the Samuel Szabo Foundation.
Book Drive
NDES hosted a book drive led by the Marziani and Morrison families in cooperation with Daily Dose of Reading. Between NDES and some outside supporters, over 3,600 books were donated to Citizens Academy.
Graduation Days
Notre Dame Elementary School celebrated the achievements of eighth-grade students on May 31 and kindergarten students on June 1.
