Visit to Red Oak Camp
Mrs. Dasch’s fifth-grade class visited Red Oak Camp in Kirtland, where students not only learned about nature, but also broader life lessons. Students participated in group activities to build on skills such as leadership, teamwork and problem solving.
Spirit and Service Squad
Seventh- and eighth-grade students at St. Helen School are creating breakfast bags for the homeless of Cleveland. Students donate nutritious food and drink and package meals in bags that are personally decorated by the students. Breakfast bags are then delivered to the needed of Cleveland through the Helping Hands of Cleveland.
To date students have completed 146 breakfast bags. Last year they exceeded their goal of 1,000 bags and are well on their way this year.
