Mr. Bell’s instrumental music class toured the Conn-Selmer Factory in Eastlake, where musical instruments are made. Students watched as brass instruments were transformed from raw materials into beautiful brass instruments.

G.E.A.R.
Seventh-grader Gregory Wenner represented his G.E.A.R. (Geauga Engineering and Robotics) 4-H Club at the National Robotics Challenge in Marion, Ohio, this past weekend. The Honda-sponsored event drew in 1,100 participants and over 550 robots from nine states and two countries. Gregory won the Middle School Non-Tactile Robot Maze in 18.25 seconds and received the gold award in that category.
