Red Ribbon Week
Students at St. Helen School joined schools across the nation in celebrating Red Ribbon Week, an annual campaign that encourages healthy, drug-free lifestyles. Throughout the week, students enjoyed themed dress-down days, fun activities and a spirited classroom door decorating contest. By celebrating wellness and showing appreciation for local heroes, students were reminded that living healthy and drug-free helps build a bright future — one filled with faith, gratitude and hope.
Kindergartners Explore Nature
Mrs. Charmley’s kindergarten class enjoyed a beautiful autumn day exploring The West Woods with the Geauga Park District. During their fall walk, students learned all about the wonders of nature and how the environment changes with the seasons.
The trip offered hands-on learning and a chance for students to see, touch and experience the world around them. From colorful leaves to crisp fall air, the young explorers discovered how nature transforms through the year and left inspired by the beauty of the changing seasons.
