Exploring – Inclusively

July 21, 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Space is still available, but limited, for adults in the developmental disability community who might like to visit The Rookery for some close-up experience with this park’s wetlands and the reptiles that call them home.

During Inclusive Experience: Wetlands & Reptiles, a naturalist will introduce some animals to view, then lead the group on a walk along the wetlands to discover some more.

Music & Movies Under The Stars

At Observatory Park from 8:30-11:30 p.m., join for a screening of “Encanto” on July 22 and “Singin’ in the Rain” on Aug. 12. Both movies begin at dusk. Bring blankets, lawn chairs and refreshments. Movies will be shown indoors if inclement weather.

On Aug. 19 from 7-8:30 p.m., enjoy the music of Jim and Beth Miller, an acoustic duo covering folk and blues songs of the ‘60s and ‘70s at Big Creek Park, Amphitheater.
