Diabetes Self-Management Class
A free six-week self-management class that focuses on diabetes will be held April 1, 9, 15, 22, 29 and May 6, from 1-3:30 p.m. at the Geauga County Office Building, second floor, room B200, 12611 Ravenwood Drive in Chardon. Seniors 60 years of age and older will get support, find practical ways to deal with pain, fatigue and sugar control, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment choices and learn better ways to communicate with doctors and family about one’s health.
