Area scouts and scout leaders can sign up to receive notifications about guided snowshoe adventures when weather conditions are just right.
The pop-up, naturalist-led snowshoe outings take place any time, day or evening, at any Geauga Park District park depending on snow conditions. Upon being contacted, scouts will then have the opportunity to sign up, with space limited by the number of snowshoes that are available.
Registering for the call list does not commit scouts to attend any of the pop-up programs, just gives them the opportunity to come along. Adult leaders must also attend with participating scouts.
