Four Hands in Concert 10

Sept. 27, 4 p.m.

Enjoy an afternoon of uplifting music in the worship center of Mayfield Church. Presented by Carmen Massaro and church organist Carol Neff, the concert features music primarily based on favorite hymns. Joining them will be Sergio Castellanos, cello; John Lifford, cornet; and Bruce Biggin, oboe.

An offering will be taken to support The Geauga County Food Bank. A reception will follow the concert.

Recovering From Losses in Life

Mondays, Oct. 5 – Nov. 9, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The support group offers encourage-ment and practical guidance for anyone who has lost a loved one through death or who has experienced other profound losses such as the loss of a job or home, broken relationships, loss of identity or loss of a dream or goal. Meetings are held at Mayfield United Methodist Church, 7747 Mayfield Road, Chester Township.

Catholics Coming Home

Tuesdays, Oct. 6 – Nov. 10, 7-8:30 p.m.

Divine Word Church in Kirtland is holding Catholics Coming Home, nonjudgmental program designed to reach out and invite inactive and non-practicing Catholics to return to the Catholic church and reactivate their faith.

Six weekly sessions will provide updated information on the basics of Catholicism in a supportive atmosphere in the Divine Word rectory, 8100 Eagle Road in Kirtland

Holy Spirit Retreat Day

St. Anselm Church is hosting a Holy Spirit Retreat Day in its hospitality room.

All are welcome who want to enhance their relationship with Jesus.

Who is the Holy Spirit? What does the Holy Spirit do in our lives? How can I be filled with the Holy Spirit?
