Farm Bureaus Offering Financial Planning Workshops
The Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, and Trumbull County farm bureaus are offering a series of free virtual financial planning workshops for farm bureau members.
The Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, and Trumbull County farm bureaus are offering a series of free virtual financial planning workshops for farm bureau members.
Three topics will be covered in these workshops.
- Essentials in Farm Transition Planning is for farmers and farm families looking to ensure their farming business is able to be transferred to the next generation. This workshop will be held Aug. 19 from 7-8:30 p.m.
- Essentials in Retirement Planning offers participants insight and resources to help prepare for the expenses and manage their income in retirement. It will be held Aug. 28 from 8-9:30 a.m.
- Essentials in Financial Risk Management shows how minimizing risk can be critical to long-term success, especially in today’s complicated business environment. This workshop will be held Sept. 3, from 7-8:30 p.m., and was developed for new, beginning or evolving operations.
