Quilt Block- Improv Workshop

April 17, 10 a.m. to noon

Learn techniques for building an improvisational quilt.

Teen Book Club

April 19, 4-4:30 p.m.

Teens are invited to discuss young adult literature.

A is for ARTS

April 20, 1 p.m.

Children ages 3-5 years with a caregiver will bring “When Spring Comes” by Kevin Henkes to life through creative movement, theatre and music. Program provided in partnership with Fairmount Center for the Arts.

Earth Day Origami

April 21, 4 p.m.

Learn the art of Japanese paperfolding with easy beginner’s projects.

Amphibian Awakening

April 21, 6-6:45 p.m.

Youth in grades K-3 will discover the habits and habitats, adaptations and life cycles of amphibians in a program presented by Geauga Park District staff.

Pasta Night

April 22, 6-7:30 p.m.

Learn the basics of making fresh egg pasta. The library will provide nonperishable ingredients to pick up upon registration.

Saturday Morning Plastikcon

April 24, 10 a.m.

Join other adults to chat about geek culture. The group will discuss Godzilla and big monsters in film.

Meditation Mondays

April 26, 7 p.m.

Join Holistic Healer and Life Coach Jan Webber for guided meditation for all ages and experience levels.

Tween Art

April 27, 3:30 p.m.

Tweens in grades 4-8 will learn how to draw comics, then upload, edit and color them in art and design programs.

Yoga for Beginners

April 27, 7 p.m.

Join local yoga instructor Dawn Dole.

Preschool Storytime with Craft

April 28, 10:30-11 a.m.

Youth ages 3-5 will enjoy Storytime and a fun craft project. Craft materials pickup upon registration at a local branch.

Poetry Reading

Join us to hear Ravven White reading a selection of gothic poetry highlighting mental health.
