Learn about the retired and senior volunteer program that connects opportunities to serve their community.

Club Ink Writing Workshop

Film Discussion Club

Teen and Tweens Night

Library Lock-In

Crafting BeCAUSE

Geauga Skywatchers: Sun 101

Geauga Skywatchers is an astronomy presentation series for teens to adults. Collaborators are Chagrin Valley Astronomical Society, Geauga County Library System, Burton Public Library, Geauga Park District and The Foundation for Geauga Parks.

Teens in grades 6-12 may join for snacks, activities and crafts.

Catherine de’Medici Historical Seminar

Bats are Fantastic, In Fact!

With an interactive slideshow, learn more about the bats that call Ohio home.

The Negro Leagues in Ohio

Learn about the Negro Leagues, presented by Dr. Leslie Heaphy, associate professor of history at Kent State University, Stark Campus and author of “The Negro Leagues.”

Honoring WWII and the Greatest Generation

June 9, 6-7:30 p.m. • Thompson

Peter Booth will portray a World War II soldier, describing combat action in France during the Normandy Invasion.

Teen Tech Tutoring Session

June 9, 2-4 p.m. • Geauga West

Community teens will be available to help with basic smartphone applications, downloading books to devices, basic email set-up and internet searching on computers and computer databases.

Crafting Night

Amphibian Awakening
