American Red Cross is asking blood and platelet donors to give soon to keep the blood supply from dropping ahead of the busy holiday season.
Those who come to give Dec. 16 through Jan. 2 will get a long-sleeved Red Cross T-shirt, while supplies last.
Donation appointments may be made by downloading the free Blood Donor app, visitingRedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-733-2767. Power Reds are available.
