Join for an evening of Christian music as the Chardon United Methodist Church’s house band, Reign Forecast, performs. The concert, part of the 2016 Concerts in the Park series, will take place on the Chardon Square, weather permitting. Bring friends and lawn chairs or blankets.

Geauga Faith Rescue Mission

July 14, 7 p.m.

The next meeting of Geauga Faith Rescue Mission (GFRM), a non-profit organization of volunteers whose mission is to provide shelter and services for Geauga County’s homeless, is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the New Testament Baptist Church, 12199 Claridon-Troy Road, Chardon. Programs include, but are not limited to, providing food, shelter, clothing, comfort, hope and guidance to the needy.

GFRM is asking for churches, businesses and other organizations to help raise funds to benefit the efforts of GFRM to move forward with its mission of providing shelter and services for Geauga County’s homeless. Tax deductible donations are gratefully accepted and can be made by check to Geauga Faith Rescue Mission, 11838 Old State Road, Chardon, OH 44024.
