Grendell Approved as Commission Member
The Supreme Court of Ohio has approved the nomination of Geauga County Juvenile Court Judge Tim Grendell as a member of the Commission of Rules of Superin-tendence for Ohio Courts.
He will represent the Ohio Association of Juvenile Court Judges for the three-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2013, and ending Dec. 31, 2015.
Chardon Committee Seeks Members
The City of Chardon has openings on the Charter Review Committee.
To be eligible to serve, an individual must be a registered voter and a resident of the City of Chardon.
Residents interested in serving in one of these positions should submit a letter of interest to Amy Day, Clerk of Council, 111 Water St., Chardon, OH 44024.
The obligation for serving includes the months April, May and June of 2013.
The deadline for applying is Feb. 28.
